Artwork Creative Site is a sister company of Artwork Creative Site, Ltd. We offer custom design solutions through a single crowdsourcing marketplace. The goal is to bring customers and designers together in one place, and for those designers to provide customers with “Artwork” custom design concepts to choose from

Getting a design on Artwork CS is as easy as A-B-C. Here is how it works:

Step 1: Select a Service. Start your contest by choosing a design service that you need.

Step 2: Name a Price. There is a minimum price for every design service, but you can choose the amount you’d like to pay based on how many design concepts you’d like to receive (the more you spend, the more designs you will receive). You can also choose a package from our list and customize it as per your needs.

Step 3: Write a Creative Brief. There are a few questions that you will need to answer before designers can get started. The creative brief is essential to designers understanding your needs. This ensures that they have what they need to create unique designs for you.

Step 4: Give Feedback. As soon as you submit the creative brief, the contest begins for the designers. They compete by submitting design concepts for you to choose from. Your feedback on these concepts will help guide the designers in the right direction and get you exactly what you are looking for.

Step 5: Choose a winning design Your design contest will last 10 days (or more at a small cost of 15%). Once the contest starts, you can choose a winning designer. Then we approve the final files of the winning design that will be sent to you. After the copyright, trademark, quality and compliance standards have been thoroughly verified, you will receive the design.

A contest lasts from 10 to 15 days, according to your needs. If you want to extend or shorten the duration of the contest, you can do so at a minimal cost. You can choose the duration at the start of the contest.

Sure, you can extend the duration of your contest. Normal contests last from 10 to 15 days. You can extend your contest for a small fee (+ 5%) by contacting our team when placing the order. The extensions can work up to 22 days.

Each design contest can be started with a minimum prize of 200 dollars. The more you invest, the greater the number of unique designs you will receive.

Please note that an additional fee of 15% is charged for listing and processing for each contest. Updates are charged separately and other changes are charged separately, 5% more.

When you request a website design, your design contest includes a unique website or template design. You will be given a PSD file without coding. If you need a custom website design with coding, you can choose our full web design service directly from Artwork Creative Site, we offer this service only when you need it, we do not perform this service permanently.

When starting a contest, the following charges will be incurred:

It depends. The more frequently you interact and communicate with the designers when providing comments, the more drafts you will receive. On average, a contest receives at least 30 drafts and this can reach up to 80 designs.

No, there is no limit to the number of design drafts that designers will send.

Designers can be contacted through our private messaging system by clicking on the designer’s profile. Then, click on “Contact” on the left side. Write your message and click “Send”. If you can not connect with them, contact us at support@artworkcreativesite.com.

Although we encourage our designers to send an unlimited number of design concepts, the use of the following strategy can help you increase the number of projects for your contest:

1. Guarantee your contest. This means that you are guaranteeing that you will choose a winning design at the end of the contest. This will assure designers that they are not wasting time with drafts. A guaranteed contest also attracts more designers and increases the amount of design drafts.

2. Write a detailed creative summary. The purpose of your creative summary is to provide information for the designers, so that they understand their ideas and what they are looking for in their drafts. By giving more details, designers can visualize their idea more clearly and be more aligned with their vision.

3. Give your opinion and participate. Participating in your contest by providing constructive feedback helps guide the designers. They will provide better quality drafts that meet your specifications.

4. Increase the prize money. The greater the amount you invest, the more designers will be interested in competing in your contest. In the end, there will be more sent concepts for you to choose.

5. Invite the designers to participate. To attract more qualified designers, you can browse through our designers and their previous works. By reviewing their profiles and portfolios, you can have an idea of ​​their design style, which can better match what you are looking for. You can invite these designers to participate in your contest.

At any time during the design contest, you can announce that you will select more than one winning designer. This can also be done after the contest ends.

To select several designers, simply log in and go to “My Projects” in the panel. Then click on “Add winner (s)”.
You must also complete the “Winner Information”.
After sending, you will notice an increase in the number of “Winners”.
At the end of the contest, you will be asked to choose your winner and “additional winner (s)”.

Remember that the amount for each winner is 15% of the prize for each extra winner.

Project 1-a-1 is an exclusive and independent way to work with any designer, either from the start of the contest or at the end of the contest.

Click on “Project” in the right panel and look for the profile of the designer you want to work with. Here’s how to create a successful 1-on-1 project:

1. Click on “Invite a 1-on-1 project”, complete the invitation and send it to one of the designers you have worked with previously. Try to provide as much detail as possible about your requirements, so that the designer is very clear before confirming with you and setting a price for the project. You can also let him know your budget for the design work in the details.

2. The designer can contact you through a private message to obtain more clarifications.

3. The designer will accept the invitation and send you an invoice.

4. ArtworkCreativeSite.com will create a workspace once the invoice has been paid.

Depending on the scope of the work, the designer will decide the cost. You can discuss this directly with the designer. The minimum price for the 1-to-1 project is $ 200. Artworkcreativesite.com will charge the standard processing fee of 15%.

At Artwork Creative site, we appreciate the work and enthusiasm of our designers when participating in design contests. A donation is a small monetary award that clients can give to designers to show their appreciation for their time and effort.

To donate, send an email to suport@artworkcreativesite.com and let us know to which designer you will make the donation. The donation has no additional cost to you, you will be asked to donate amounts in denominations of $ 25, $ 50 $ 100 or more.

Once you have seen all the designers and decided on a favorite, you can click on the completion link in the bottom left of that design. When you click “Finish”, they will move you to another page where you must confirm your decision. Once this is done, the winner will be announced and you will receive your final design files in 3-5 business days.

The day that your contest ends, your 10-day decision period will begin. If you need more time, you can contact the support team to expand it. If your contest is guaranteed and you do not contact us or select a winner within 10 days, we will contact you to remind you to choose a winner. In some cases, we will choose a winner for you and we reserve the right to do so.

Although once the contest is finished and the design finalized, no revisions are allowed. You can communicate with the designer directly through private messages for any review at your discretion.

You will receive your final design files within 3-5 days after the completion of the winning design.

After checking them, your design files will be uploaded to a special page that we will send you the link. You will be notified when your files have been uploaded. Then you can download your files and view them.

You will receive the file types listed below. If you need other types of files, please contact our support team immediately after selecting the winner. We can not guarantee that the designer will provide you with additional design files once you have received the final files.

Yes, you will have full brand rights to your design once you have chosen and finalized a winning design. In the Terms and Conditions, designers agree to waive the rights to the winning designs. The registration of trademarks, however, will be your responsibility.

Once you have paid for the design in its entirety, you will have the opportunity to register the design. It is your responsibility to look for a trademark for your design, and we can not guarantee that you will receive one.

To avoid inconveniences with the designers who use their time, cancellation is not possible, since when you start a project, you cancel it and it is not reimbursable.

You can not, If you are not satisfied with the results of your design contest and the contest is guaranteed, you can not cancel your contest. If you received more than 30 designs, we will retain $ 200 of the amount of your prize, but if you receive less than 30, we will reimburse you for the total amount. The transaction and any update fees are not refundable.

Please note: Guaranteed contests can not be canceled under any circumstances.

Artwork Creative Site ensures that all projects will receive a minimum of 30 design entries for all projects. If you have not received 30 tickets, you have the right to claim a refund of your prize money.

If you would like a refund for a project but received more than 30 entries, we will retain $ 200 of the prize amount for the main designer. Keep in mind that the guaranteed projects are not entitled to reimbursement in any case.

Finally, keep in mind that the listing, processing and updating fees will not be refunded.

You can choose PayPal. We do not offer a money back guarantee on all contests. If your contest is guaranteed and you receive less than 30 design concepts and you are not satisfied, you can request a refund of your prize money. However, if your guaranteed contest has more than 30 concepts, we will retain $ 200 of the prize amount and we will award it to the designer with the highest score.

NOTE: Processing fees, including upgrades, will not be refunded. All reimbursements must be requested within 90 days after the end date of the contest. Please, check the Terms and Conditions for more information.

Providing feedback to designers is an excellent way to change things. The more you know what you want, the better the results will be. You can also browse through the designers and invite those who want to send a design.

The support team is available to help you with any problem during your contest. Send an email to support@artworkcreativesite.com Another option is to extend your contest for 3 days for only $ 15. This will allow more time for reviews, comments and invitations from other designers.

You have 5 days to choose a winner. If you do not choose a winner within that period, we will contact you to do so. If you have a guaranteed contest and have not yet chosen a winner within 15 days after the end of your contest, we will continue to send you reminders until the contest ends.

Otherwise the contract for that project will be canceled and there will be no refund, you can only open a new contest with the same objective as the previous one that did not end.

To inform a design, click on “Message” on the designer’s page for the contest. If you are reporting a trademark problem, be sure to include (1) The URL of the copyrighted image in its original context and (2) The design number that infringes the copyright. Working with a designer outside of our platform can lead to several problems related to payment, receipt of files, etc. To ensure that you receive many high quality designs for which you are guaranteed receipt of final files, we recommend that you use our site for future designs. Recommended!

Work guarantee

A private contest is a design contest in which only registered users on our site can see. Designers will not be able to add winning designs from private contests to their portfolios. Also, they will not be indexed by the search engines.

A guaranteed contest is a contest in which the choice of a winning designer and designer is guaranteed. This increases the number of designers willing to participate, as it is guaranteed that they could win.

If you do not want to “guarantee” your contest, you can not activate any project, since to activate a project you must first guarantee the corresponding payment to said contest. Also, if you are not satisfied, you are eligible to receive our money back guarantee if you receive less than 30 designs.
